Yoga Glow & Flow

Physical requirements: You must be able to get up and down off of the floor unassisted.

Required equipment: Yoga mat, water bottle, and a blanket OR large beach/bath towel. We do have some to borrow, however these are very personal items and extras are limited.

What to wear: Cute Yoga outfits aren’t required; just wear comfortable lose fitting workout clothes. Yoga is practiced in bare feet.

Instructor Jennifer Wilson guides a gentle but challenging 50-minute yoga practice every Tuesday and Thursday at both 8am and 6pm.

With 26 years of Yoga instruction experience and multiple certifications, Jennifer will show you how to build a strong foundation for your Yoga practice. Each class focuses on intention, seated, prone, supine and standing poses with a final relaxation meditation. No experience required. 

Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts. This class is for adults and teens. We are unable to provide childcare at this time, please make other arrangements for your littles.
